Product exchange/return/warranty conditions and quality assurance standards
We will exchange/return immediately for defective products, initial defects, damage during delivery, etc. (round-trip shipping costs are borne by the company). The customer who returns will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for exchanges/returns due to simple change of mind/erroneous purchase. In this case, products that have been opened or used cannot be exchanged/returned. (Opening the box packaging, opening the plastic packaging, repackaging the product after use)
Warranty Terms and Quality Assurance Standards
Free A/S is available for 1 year from the date of purchase (excluding failure/damage caused by user negligence). A/S costs may apply for products that are older than 1 year.
We only provide quality assurance to those who purchase through Gospel Sound. For products manufactured/produced domestically, we will separately indicate this at the top. Domestic product guarantees are available through each head office website. (Refer to each head office website) Since we only sell officially imported products, we can provide product guarantees for the imported products we sell through the official importer for each brand. Matters concerning the handling of consumer damage compensation, handling of complaints about goods, etc., and handling of disputes between consumers and businesses
