Product exchange/return/warranty conditions and quality assurance standards
We will exchange/return the product immediately for defects, initial defects, damage during delivery, etc. (We will cover the round-trip shipping costs).
In the case of exchanges/returns due to simple change of mind/erroneous purchase by the customer, the customer must pay the round-trip shipping fee. In this case, products that have been opened or used cannot be exchanged/returned. (Opening the box packaging, opening the plastic packaging, repackaging the product after use)
