Product exchange/return/warranty conditions and quality assurance standards
 
We will exchange/return the product immediately for defects, initial defects, damage during delivery, etc. (We will cover the round-trip shipping costs).
 
In case of exchange/return due to simple change of mind/erroneous purchase by the customer, the customer must pay the round-trip shipping fee.
 
In this case, products that have been opened or used cannot be exchanged or returned. (Opening the box packaging, opening the plastic packaging, repackaging the product after use)

Free A/S available for 1 year from the date of purchase (excluding failure/damage caused by user negligence)
 
For products older than 1 year, A/S costs may apply.
 
We provide quality assurance only to those who purchase through Gospel Sound.
 
For products produced/manufactured domestically, we will indicate this separately at the top.
 
Domestic product warranties are available through each headquarters website. (Refer to each headquarters website)
 
Since we only sell officially imported products, we can provide product warranty for each brand of imported products we sell through the official importer.
